We are so very proud to be voted best Operator in our category in this years Vending Awards and it seems a fitting end to what has been a momentous couple of years. As our submission explained there is virtually no area of our business that remains unchanged following a major overhaul of our business methods and company culture.
The result is a more modern approach to communication, a process driven business model with an emphasis on process improvement and efficiency, a greater level of autonomy and empowerment for our management team and, most importantly a sharp focus on our customer experience through our Moments of Truth philosophy.
Of course there is also our new own label range of quality ingredients, our amazing Caffitaly range of Espresso capsules and machines, our complete shift from plastic to paper cups for all our customers, our founding membership of the Simply Cups recycling scheme and our environmentally beneficial move to Parcel Holders for parts distribution – not a bad set of achievements in 18 months we feel.
What’s next?? Lots!! There are still loads of opportunities to improve, innovate and add value and we will pursue them vigorously. Some will work brilliantly. Some may not. But one thing is sure – the quest for excellence is now part of our business DNA and will keep us restless for positive change in all that we do.
Thank you to our industry for your recognition. It will serve to motivate us even more.
