The JURA X4 comes with an automated cleaning programme, ensuring hassle-free maintenance. Daily emptying and cleaning of the drip tray and grout bin are essential to the longevity of the machine.

Can I customise coffee strength and milk options?

Yes, the JURA X4 allows users to adjust coffee strength and drink size to suit personal preferences.

What coffee beans are compatible with this machine?

Any roasted coffee beans can be used with this machine. At Connect Vending, we have a range of different coffee brands available, including Lavazza, illy, Change Please and our own house blend.

Is the JURA X4 suitable for office coffee machines UK?

While it is best suited to medium-sized to large offices, its flexible settings make it a viable option for smaller workplaces as well. This machine produces up to 100 cups of coffee per day, whereas the JURA WE8 is more suitable to small workplaces with the ability to produce up to 30 cups per day.

The JURA X4 does not have a milk function, so popular drinks in the UK such as lattes and cappuccinos will require a separate milk-frother to produce these recipes.

Does the JURA X4 come with a warranty?

Yes, annual and monthly warranty options are available, including unlimited engineer callouts under the maintenance plan.
