Charlie Peppett, Customer Relationship Manager

Charlie has been with Connect Vending since June 2023 and manages client accounts throughout the South of England With a background in commercial catering and facilities, he has a good grasp of the day-to-day challenges in facilities management and is a great account management partner to work with,.

Professional, detail oriented and with a great sense of humour, Charlie is well known for providing exemplary service to his customer base.

Talytha Coutts, Customer Relationship Manager

Talytha joined the business in January 2024 and has a varied background in media and publishing. Having grown up while her family built the business and gained some experience working at Connect Vending over the years, she felt it was time for a new challenge. Talytha’s role involves visiting her clients in London and being the key point of contact for the business. Talytha visits her clients on a bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly vending account management visit – depending on their requirements.

Another part of the Account Management role is delivering detailed reports to customers on best selling products, any that are recommended to be swapped out, financial metrics and any contract changes. With a keen eye for detail, you can be assured you’re in safe hands with Talytha.
