What products do you have available through wholesale?
We can supply coffee machine consumables including coffee beans, instant coffee, Granulated Skimmed Milk (GSM), chocolate powder and loose leaf tea. For machines that dispense hot water rather than readymade tea, we can also supply individually packaged teabags for infusing.
For vending machines we offer a full range of bottled and canned cold drinks, confectionery, crisps and nuts and other snacks. Throughout the year we also stock a range of Easter, Christmas and other seasonal products across our ranges. If you'd like to find out more about our specific seasonal products and offers, speak to our Wholesale team on orders@connectvending.co.uk or call us on 01865 341011.
Aside from our range of ambient products we also provide fresh food, fresh fruit and fresh milk. As with all our other products, these can be ordered from us regardless of whether you have machines purchased from us. It may be that you want to provide sandwiches, paninis, salads and other fresh food items to staff but stock them in your own fridge - whatever the need, we can supply.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 1pm. This means you will receive your order before close of business the following working day.
On some occasions you may require products that are not currently available in our warehouse. If this is the case, our Operations team will notify you of any delivery time constrains before your order is confirmed.
What is food and drink wholesale?
Wholesale involves selling goods in large quantities at discounted rates, typically to retailers or businesses for resale rather than to individual consumers. We offer wholesale food and drink to businesses at a reduced rate, allowing you to supply these items to your staff or customers at retail prices, or even provide them at a subsidised or free rate as part of a company perks initiative.
What types of products do food and drink wholesalers offer?
Wholesale can generally cover any kind of food and drink. At Connect Vending, we offer a range of over 500 different products, from Cadbury’s chocolate bars and walkers crisps, to illy coffee beans, fresh milk and fresh fruit. Some companies offer clearance food and drink wholesale, but this is not something that we offer at this time.
Are there minimum order requirements for wholesale purchases?
We do not have a minimum order, but we do offer free delivery on orders over £120.
Can small businesses benefit from buying wholesale?
Absolutely! Although buying wholesale can seem more expensive in the short term, it’s often much more cost effective to buy in bulk, especially if you intend to sell the product on at the retail price.
How can I pay for my orders?
If you’re one of our existing customers, we will invoice you for your order and can arrange for monthly invoicing if you’re utilising standing orders or have other regular recurring spend.
If you are a new customer to us, you may still be able to pay via invoice, but in some circumstances, we may ask for payment to be made before products are dispatched from the warehouse.
Alternatively, we can accept card payments over the phone through our orders line on 01865 341011, Option 3.
Which locations do you deliver to?
We can deliver products to anywhere in the UK mainland through our courier networks. Orders outside of this area may still be possible, but will need to be discussed with our Operations team ahead of placing an order.
Who can buy from food and drink wholesalers?

Do food and drink wholesalers offer delivery?

How do wholesalers determine pricing?
This will depend on the wholesaler and the product, but it will always be less than the RRP.
